I am a highly qualified, fully insured, professional, Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist - founder of JCLAY Fitness in 2016.

I am always willing to try new things, embrace new challenges, and push my mind and body to its limits. 

I joined my local gym when I was 16 years old to prepare myself for Military Training. As time went by, my body and mindset changed. My love and passion for exercise grew more and more, where now it is a part of my lifestyle...not a choice. 

I left the British Army in my early twenties to pursue my own personal goals in life, and to help others with theirs. 

I regularly attend training seminars and workshops to keep my knowledge and training practise up to date, which I can pass onto all of my clients. This keeps training fresh, effective  and most importantly enjoyable.   ​

With the General Practice & Exercise Referral Scheme Qualification under my belt, I can offer services to those who may struggle with, osteoporosis, joint replacement, arthritis, mental health, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, dyslipidemia, hypertension, lower back pain and obesity, and am able to work along side with your GP. 

Everyone is unique; each with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom training and food plan tailored to you, based on your shape, your size, and your fitness goals, whatever they may be...

My aim is not only to transform your body and mindset, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your overall health and fitness.
