HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER SESSION?

Prices are quoted on an individual basis, as various packages are available with discounts on block bookings.

WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

There are 2 places you can choose from:​
 

  1. Balance Health Club, in Kettering (NN15 6PB).
     

  2. The comfort of your own home. (If local).

DO YOU CHARGE FOR A CONSULTATION?

With no obligation to proceed, consultations usually take 30min - 45min, and are completely free of charge. It will include a full health screening, dietary and lifestyle analysis. It gives us an opportunity to meet one another and discuss what you want to achieve, your short term and long term goals. This will enable me to create a realistic customised training programme for you to achieve them.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M RUNNING LATE OR NEED TO CANCEL?

Late: If you are running late for a session, the session might not be extended and may end at the appointed time, due to back-to-back bookings. 

​

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, dependant on the circumstances will fall within the cancellation policy, of the Fees & Terms.

DO YOU OFFER DIETARY PLANS?

I can offer one, two, three or four weeks worth of food plans. They are quoted on an individual basis, as various packages are available with discounts on block purchases.
